Are you always at the same location?

No, our pop-up BrickPlay Studio moves to different community halls.

Can I arrive early?

⏰ You'll be able to enter the venue at your starting time, not before. We’ll go over our BrickPlay Studio guidelines to make sure everyone has a fun and positive experience. If you arrive late, please approach a facilitator to get orientation.

Can I bring snacks?

Yes.

☕ Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase at most events. Please enjoy any snacks away from the LEGO® pieces and materials, and we kindly ask that hot drinks are always in a cup with a lid to prevent spills and burns. In an effort to reduce waste, we encourage you to bring your own reusable cup!

Can I take photos?

📷 Feel free to snap some photos! Since it can be hard for children to part with their LEGO® creations, capturing a photo can help preserve those memories. We kindly ask that you avoid photographing other children.

How many tickets do I need to purchase?

👨🏽‍👧🏽 Tickets to our BrickPlay Studio include the amount of children selected plus one adult entry. Limited extra adult tickets are available for purchase. You remain responsible for your child(ren) during the session.

Can I drop my child off?

Only children aged 8+ are welcome to attend without an adult for an additional fee (£6), as long as they come with a sibling or friend. In these cases, you’ll need to complete emergency contact and liability forms (if the accompanying child is not a sibling, the parent of that child must also complete the forms, which can be done easily online).

What are the age requirements?

Our BrickPlay Studio is designed for children aged 4 -10 but older children and adult will enjoy it too!

Can I bring my toddler?

👶 If you have a younger child with you, you’re welcome to stay just outside the BrickPlay Studio as long as we can see and reach you if needed. At Nightingale Pavilion, there’s a great playground where younger children can play.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate younger children inside the studio due to the presence of many small LEGO® elements, which pose a safety risk. Toddlers and babies may find it hard to resist all the tempting LEGO® models, and we want to ensure the best experience for all children in the space. We’re working on DUPLO®-based sessions specifically for children aged 0-3 join our mailing list if you are interested.

What is your refund policy?

❗ Our cancellation policy allows changes up to 48 hours before the event, and you can transfer your booking to a future session. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-transferable, and we cannot offer refunds.
